Demonstrating the credibility of the Christian faith through Science
The intermediate level ESL lessons below have been adapted with permission from the work of Dr. David Humphreys, emeritus professor of Chemistry at McMaster University, in Hamilton, Ontario. On his original Science Shorts website Dr. Humphreys stated his purpose as creatively demonstrating the credibility of the Christian faith through science and the laws of the universe. The lessons are designed for students who have little or no background in Christian thought or teaching. Our hope is that these lessons will be used to open their minds to the truth of God and His care and love for them. The titles include the following.
